The objective is to strengthen the economic and intrinsic value of the denomination and promote its growth on global markets.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Italy&#8217;s Premier Interregional Wine Body Elects New Head<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luca Rigotti<\/strong> has been elected <strong>President of the Consorzio DOC Delle Venezie<\/strong>. The appointment took place on Monday, May 12, by the renewed Board of Directors, which convened following the Shareholders&#8217; Meeting held at Cantina Colli Berici in Lonigo. During the assembly, the strategic guidelines that will steer the consortium&#8217;s activities for the next three-year period, 2025-2028, were also approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luca Rigotti, <strong>President of Gruppo Mezzacorona<\/strong> and a former board member of the Consorzio, will preside over a Board of Directors comprising 21 members representing the Triveneto wine supply chain. This represents <strong>Italy&#8217;s most extensive model of interregional integration<\/strong>, uniting Pinot Grigio producers from Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, and the Autonomous Province of Trento.
