Falmec, a standard-bearer of Italian engineering and design since 1981, addresses this with its latest collection: Level One, Level, and Level Invisible. A motorized up-and-down system allows the extraction unit to rise silently when needed, positioning itself optimally for the cookware in use. Performance is assured by a powerful yet quiet <strong>brushless motor<\/strong>, capable of an 800m3\/h extraction rate, which can be remotely installed to maximize cabinet space. This engineering prowess achieves an A++<strong> <\/strong>energy class rating across the series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Level One<\/strong> is a <strong>unified<\/strong> 90 cm solution where the extractor and hob become a single entity. The design is a study in material harmony, pairing black satin-finish aluminium and smoked glass with a black glass ceramic induction hob, available in either a classic glossy or a new scratch-resistant matt finish. The hob itself is a high-performance surface, featuring four in-line cooking zones, Flex Surface technology with a dual bridge function for large pans, and a Chef Mode for setting discrete temperatures across different zones.
