Marketing for Abbazia di Novacella [Bolzano]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manfred Bernard<\/strong>, Head Winemaker of the Benedictine Convent of Muri-Gries [Bolzano]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Father Luigi Cavagna<\/strong>, Franciscan Convent of Rodengo Saiano [Brescia], Rector of the Accademia Symposium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brother Michele Badino<\/strong>, Monastery of Bose [Assisi]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Leading institutional authorities will also be involved, including the <strong>Minister of Agriculture<\/strong>, the <strong>Regional Assessor for Agriculture<\/strong>, the <strong>Mayors of Franciacorta<\/strong>, and representatives from <strong>Coldiretti<\/strong>, <strong>AIS Lombardia<\/strong>, the <strong>Franciacorta Consortium<\/strong>, and the <strong>Franciacorta Wine Route<\/strong>. The conference will be moderated by <strong>Rocco Tolfa<\/strong>, a journalist for Rai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a<strong> walk-around tasting<\/strong> of a selection of wines from the participating abbeys, curated by AIS Lombardia. It presents a unique occasion to discover <strong>ancient winemaking traditions<\/strong> and meet those who act as their modern-day custodians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The choice of the <strong>Convento della Santissima Annunciata<\/strong> as the venue is deeply symbolic. A <a href=\"https:\/\/cucineditalia.com\/en\/abbazia-di-novacella-de-alcoholized-kerner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">site of immense historical, spiritual, and architectural value<\/a>, it was entrusted to the<strong> Vittorio<\/strong> and <strong>Mariella Moretti Foundation<\/strong> by the <strong>Order of the Servants<\/strong> of Mary in 2018. The Foundation has undertaken the commitment to manage it and return it to the community as a center for culture and hospitality. As <strong>Carlo Petrini<\/strong> stated at the official handover ceremony, \u201cThe Convento della Santissima Annunciata must be a place of community, a space where beauty and goodness coincide. A common good returned to the territory through the vision and generosity of those who care for it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative is part of a full day of events organized by the Foundation. An open-day event at the Convent titled <strong>\u201cCome in famiglia\u201d (Like Family)<\/strong> will run from 8:00 AM to midnight, inviting the public to come together for nature walks, workshops, readings, and gatherings.
