Following a successful solo debut last year, SOL Expo 2026 returns to Veronafiere<\/strong> from March 1-3<\/strong>, cementing its status as the premier international showcase for the Italian olive oil supply chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consolidating its independence after a 28-yea<\/strong>r tenure alongside Vinitaly<\/a><\/strong>, the standalone format delivers a specialized platform dedicated entirely to the journey from olive tree to table. The 2026 edition arrives at a pivotal moment for the sector, strengthened by a production campaign that has successfully exceeded the 200,000-tonne<\/strong> milestone and energized by the recent UNESCO<\/strong> recognition of Cucina Italiana<\/strong> as Intangible Cultural Heritage<\/strong>\u2014a global achievement in which extra virgin olive oil plays a starring role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
