said Franco Sovilla, president of the Cortina For Us association. &#8220;A look beyond the stereotypes and spectacularizations that have characterized the sector in recent years, to talk concretely about how this work is fundamental for communities and project the Queen of the Dolomites toward the role of Olympic city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>On the Calendar for September 10th<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It starts on Saturday the 10th with StrEat Chef, a food and wine tour created by the Cortina Chef Team and dedicated to enthusiasts, to set off on a journey among the best tables in the pearl of the Dolomites aboard one of the four Cortina Express shuttles. Stops include Baita Fraina, Villa Oretta, Al Camin, Lago Scin and, dulcis in fundo, as well as an end of the evening at Pasticceria Alver\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three toques that will welcome guests at each stop, with menus related to the territory paired with wine.
