           \n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ristorante Andrea Aprea<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The interior design of the restaurant, by architect&nbsp;<strong>Flaviano Capriotti<\/strong>, was conceived to create a path of knowledge and surprise, in a continuous alternation between light and dark, as in the dialogue between the black bucchero surfaces and the long glass path to give a sense of theatrical intensity to the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The same architectural firm also designed the Caff\u00e8 Bistrot, overlooking the inner courtyard of the starred restaurant, a space whose offerings aim to satisfy patrons at all hours of the day, with richness in the raw materials and all the <strong>creative flair typical of the Neapolitan chef.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Caff\u00e8 Bistrot offers a narrative developed around a\u00a0<strong>palette of neutral tones<\/strong>\u00a0and an undisputed predominance of wood juxtaposed in multiple finishes and processes, from natural to stained, blond and burnt, smooth and canned, to give rise to a warm envelope, without excess, that welcomes guests while not saturating <a href=\"https:\/\/cucineditalia.com\/en\/casa-baglioni-the-boutique-hotel-in-milan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the atmosphere<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\r\n                <style 36 place settings spread over eight tables facing directly onto the kitchen, which is completely open. The highlight is the Prisma wine room, a walk-in area seamless with the dining room, where guests are free to admire the&nbsp;<strong>650 labels from all over the world<\/strong>, on display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An incredibly&nbsp;<strong>valuable collection<\/strong>, for which it was necessary to create specific modules in terms of size and technical characteristics, which were able to perfectly preserve the bottles and at the same time enhance their presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The glass doors of the wine room show refrigerated stainless steel compartments, divided into shelves of different heights and enhanced by a specially designed lighting system, which highlights the labels by\u00a0<strong>elevating them to decorative elements<\/strong>. Internal ventilation then allows a more uniform distribution of temperature, which is of fundamental importance not only for the proper storage of bottles, but also and especially for their tasting.
