Il rapporto progetto – cibo è molto stretto e l’Italia può vantare uno degli esempi più noti a livello internazionale: la pasta, prodotto in cui uno stesso materiale viene declinato in un numero infinito di varianti, con l’obiettivo di diversificare la fruibilità del prodotto e migliorare l’esperienza dell’utente.

LOsservatorio permanente del Design ADI ha recentemente segnalato proprio un nuovo tipo di pasta che assume queste qualità: si tratta di Campotto, prodotto da Pastificio dei Campi e disegnato da Mauro Olivieri.
I Campotti sono un progetto la cui particolare forma nasce per soddisfare i più importanti valori di una pasta: consistenza, qualità di cottura omogenea e assorbimento dei condimenti. Si tratta diun pacchero stretto al centro che assume così la forma di un otto, mantenendo il perimetro del formato originario ma riducendo il suo diametro, conferendo quindi alla pasta una nuova sensazione al palato, una nuova possibilità d’abbinamento, una migliore unione con il condimento e una cottura uniforme.

Nel 2011 i Campotti sono stati selezionati per la pubblicazione sull’ADI Design Index, l’annuario di ADI Associazione per il Disegno Industriale che raccoglie il miglior design italiano messo in produzione. La pubblicazione sull’annuario ADI Design Index 2011 costituì la preselezione per il Premio Compasso d’Oro ADI (edizione 2013), il più antico e autorevole premio mondiale di design. I Campotti sono l’unico prodotto alimentare inserito nell’ADI Design Index 2011 e il primo prodotto legato alla pasta pubblicato mai pubblicato sugli annuari ADI.

La linea di produzione dei Campotti al Pastificio dei Campi iniziò nel 2012 e ambasciatore in esclusiva di questo formato, nei suoi primi mesi di vita, è stato lo chef Christoph Bob, che nel ristorante del Monastero Santa Rosa della Costiera Amalfitana ha dato vita ad alcune ricette d’autore con questo formato di design. L’eccellenza italiana che sappiamo tutti essere il comparto del cibo rappresenta un punto di forza della produzione nazionale, con volumi d’affari che la pongono ai vertici della nostra economia.

Molti progettisti  hanno rivolto i loro interessi verso questa larga fetta del mondo della produzione, con l’obiettivo di contribuire a dare dignità e consistenza ai prodotti realizzati dalle aziende e la pasta può essere considerata la nostra ambasciatrice nel Mondo!

Campotti I have a project which was designed to meet the particular form the most important values ​​of a paste consistency, quality cooking and homogeneous absorption of seasonings. It is diun pacchero close to the center so that it assumes the shape of an eight, maintaining the perimeter of the original format but reducing its diameter, thus conferring on the pasta a new sensation on the palate, a new possibility of combination, a better union with the seasoning and cook evenly. 

In 2011 Campotti were selected for the ADI Design Index publication, the yearbook of the Association for Industrial Design ADI that collects the best Italian design put into production. publishing the ADI Design Index 2011 constituted the pre-selection for the ADI Compasso d’Oro Award (2013 edition), the oldest and most authoritative global design prize.  Campotti I am the only food included in the ADI Design Index 2011 and the first product related to the dough never published yearbooks published on the ADI.

The production line of the Campotti Pasta dei Campi began in 2012 and ambassador of this unique format, in its early months of life, was the chef Christoph Bob , who in the restaurant of the Monastero Santa Rosa on the Amalfi Coast has given rise to some Copyright recipes with this design format.  Italian excellence that we all know to be the segment of the food is a strength of the national production, with turnovers that put it at the top of our economy.

Many designers have turned their interest towards this large share of the world production, with the aim of helping to give dignity and consistency to products made by companies and the dough can be considered as our ambassador to the World!
