METHOD

Place 6 slices of bacon between two sheets of parchment paper and bake them at 80 ° for 2 hours. Julienne the onion, brown it in the oil, add the bacon cut into small pieces, pumpkin cubed and cover with two cups of water. The most important thing is to slightly brown the onion and bacon in order not to burn them.

After 15 minutes blend the pumpkin in a blender.

After having cooked the pasta put it in a dish with grated cheese and add a little cooking water so as to form a creamy sauce.

PLATING

Serve by placing the pumpkin cream at the bottom of the dish, cover with the pasta and finishing by crumbling the bacon over the top.
