The story hamburger is still the subject of many controversies. There are different versions about its historical origins and it is unknown which one is correct. One of the most credible legends is that the hamburger was invented by a Danish butcher’s apprentice in the US, in the late 19th century.

METHOD
Add the spices to the meat, mix well and place in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. Form with the help of the pastry rings for burgers and cook in a pan without oil. Prepare your plate with strips of lettuce, tomatoes split in half, the finely chopped onion, a tablespoons of mayonnaise and lightly toasted burger buns.
PLATING
When the burger is cooked, put it on the plate with the other ingredients which should be separated so each person can choose to personalize their own burger. Enjoy!
