Gervasoni presents new water-based finishes blending natural wood textures with contemporary design.
Designed for the Gray, Club, Tapies, and Jorn series, Gervasoni’s water-based finishes place the raw physicality of timber at the core of the living space. Environmental rigor aligns with tactile research, allowing grain patterns, structural depth, and nuanced tonal shifts to surface unfiltered. Soft-touch treatments preserve the organic essence of wood, imparting clarity, warmth, and an unvarnished presence to every piece.
Sustainable Design: Chromatic Spectrums and Wood Textures
The chromatic spectrum moves fluidly between deep, earthy pigments—Charcoal, Sepia, Burgundy, Maple, and Willow—and subtle botanical hues such as Larch, Ashbark, Skybark, Birch, and Chalkwood. Applied directly to the grain, the palette expands bespoke possibilities for contemporary interiors while anchoring every surface to the weight and texture of raw wood.
Applied across tables, seating, upholstered volumes, and storage systems, the new finishes unite historic icons—such as Paola Navone’s Gray collection—with novelties unveiled at Salone del Mobile 2026. Proportions, material tactile warmth, and cabinetmaking precision form a shared vocabulary across the entire range.
Creative perspectives from Paola Navone, Roberto Lazzeroni, Federica Biasi, Gabriele & Oscar Buratti, and Neri&Hu converge in this exploration. Individual architectural visions align around a single core principle: evolving living spaces through comfort, material honesty, and refined Italian craftsmanship.
