A Wine Club for Prosecco Lovers

The origins of the first wine club date back to the early 1970s when Paul Kalemkiarian founded the Wine of the Month Club in the United States. Every month Paul proposed to his clients a white and red wine, delivering them by mail to their homes. Thanks to the digital revolution that has characterized the world in the last decades, today’s wine clubs represent a virtual place where fans of a particular winery or appellation can enjoy a complete experience that allows them to immerse themselves in the world of wine. Though the concept has its roots in the New World, the phenomenon has been growing in the Old Continent too – as a way to minimize distances and foster a bond with wine lovers through tailor-made experiences both in the cellar and at home.

With its love for the spirit of innovation, Cantina Ruggeri has also launched its own Wine Club, a place created to offer a direct relationship with those who adore the wines and philosophy of this historical winery located in the Valdobbiadene

The Ruggeri Wine Club offers its members a chance to have access to exclusive services, including the ability to buy wines, even in special editions and formats, along with a dedicated loyalty plan and the possibility of receiving a preview of the winery’s novelties. The club also gives its members access to the advice of the Wine Club Manager, a consultant who guides members through a sort of virtual wine shop.

According to the winery, the Ruggeri Wine Club acts as a link between the real world and the digital one.” Direct to Consumer is a constantly growing reality,” says Cantina Ruggeri’s management. “Our desire was to approach this channel while maintaining the same values that have characterized Ruggeri’s history. We wanted a tool that would enhance the figure of the wine lover and create synergy with other traditional channels, contributing to the strengthening of the brand and the relationship with the customer. With the Wine Club, we developed a natural continuation of the experience that the enthusiast can have in the winery, in our Wine Shop, or by getting to know our wines in other circumstances. Cultivating relationships and establishing lasting bonds has always been a common goal of all our activities.”
