It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and an equally magical time to visit Venice. Dressed in lights and wrapped in festive cheer, this historic city takes on a new dimension, becoming the most elegant back drop to the city’s canals, charming shops, inviting cafes, and delicious restaurants.
The Hilton Molino Stucky’s Very Merry Venice Holiday
In this richly warm setting, the Hilton Molino Stucky, located on the picturesque Giudecca waterfront, is the ideal place to spend a holiday of dreams.
Animated with a thousand festive and elegant lights, the hotel’s unmistakable silhouette in an iridescent cascade that, reflected in the water, multiplies its splendor and enchantment.
Inside, a cosy, traditional and warm atmosphere welcomes guests to the most anticipated time of the year with an eventful program, including special holiday dishes, concerts with live music, limited-edition cocktails, and beauty treatments to pamper and relax.
The festive atmosphere will begin on December 19, with the arrival of Limited-Edition Skyline cocktails and mocktails hot or cold with traditional holiday ingredients combined with skillful mastery created by Sebastiano Scarpa and his team of mixologists.
A Christmas lunch featuring traditional Venetian cuisine is staged at Bacaromi Restaurant, with the winter menu enriched by special Christmas dishes developed by Chef Ivan Fargnoli. To end on a sweet note, handcrafted Panettone is created by Pastry Chef Giovanni Petrillo of the Hilton Molino Stucky.
For New Year’s Eve, dinner is in the elegant atmosphere of the Aromi Restaurant, where chef Ivan Fargnoli best expresses his concept of fine dining, with his recipes of Mediterranean cuisine made unique by international flavors and unusual ingredients, between ancient cues and modern curiosities.
On the menu: the Aquarello selection risotto with Adriatic mussels, purple potato powder and date jam; Canadian lobster cooked in butter with Maitake mushrooms, crispy marrow, carrots and spring onions; Wagyu beef sirloin with Hoi-Sin sauce, sautéed artichokes, tobiko and guacamole. And finally, an explosion of chocolate with the variation of chocolates, peanut ganache, basil chocolate and pomegranate gel.
For those who enjoy a less formal atmosphere, the ideal choice is the New Year’s Eve dinner at Il Molino Restaurant, featuring a symphony of buffet delicacies, with live stations, sumptuous meat and fish selections, hot and cold dishes to end with an explosion of sweetness in the dessert corner.
And to welcome 2024 in the best possible way, at the Hilton Molino Stucky there is a bubbly novelty: the Skyline Rooftop Bar will come alive this year in an exclusive party, to be experienced on one of the highest points in Venice to admire the spectacle of fireworks illuminating the Serenissima in its entirety. All to the rhythm of the DJ set accompanied by engaging dance performances.
Finally, throughout the holiday season special attention will be paid to wellness, with special proposals from the eforea spa at the Hilton Molino Stucky. Here will be available the treatments best suited for this time of year, such as the Fairies Ritual – Connective massage with rosemary and maritime pine – or the illuminating facial Sparkly Skin Treatment, along with a real beauty and wellness package, with the New Year New Me, which includes a global face-body remise en forme.
The Hilton Molino Stucky will provide moments of magical serenity throughout the holiday season and to experience an unforgettable New Year’s Eve in the most fascinating city in the world.
