Rooted in the same design precision that defines its indoor collections, Cesar now turns its attention to open-air living with a sophisticated new outdoor kitchen concept.
With Williamsburg Outdoor — a workstation conceived by García Cumini — the Italian kitchen manufacturer reshapes the idea of cooking al fresco, merging architectural rigor with the ease of convivial gathering.
Not merely a technical extension of interior cabinetry, Williamsburg Outdoor stands as an autonomous space. Preparation, sharing, and social interaction converge here under the open sky, supported by the same aesthetic and functional standards that have long distinguished Cesar’s indoor kitchen systems.
A Bridge Between Strength and Lightness
Inspired by the structural image of a modern-era bridge, the workstation rests on two solid volumes that anchor a slender horizontal surface. Between mass and minimalism, the design strikes a deliberate tension — a clear architectural gesture that occupies space without overwhelming it.
García Cumini’s approach is unmistakable: slow, research-driven, shaped by the intersection of Italian and Spanish creative sensibilities. Founded in 2012 by Vicente García Jiménez and Cinzia Cumini, the studio has guided Cesar’s design direction since 2014 through a language that is coherent, essential, and instantly recognisable.
Engineered for Endurance
Entirely constructed from ceramic and AISI 316 stainless steel, Williamsburg Outdoor is built to withstand prolonged exposure to demanding environmental conditions. Resistance, reliability, and long-term durability are engineered into every component — no compromises, no decorative shortcuts.
Central to the project is a collaboration with Foster, a specialist in stainless-steel appliances and solutions. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to constructional precision, material quality, and technical innovation — values that resonate across both brands’ manufacturing philosophies.
From Pramaggiore to the World
Founded in 1969 near Venice by Sante Cester, Cesar has evolved into a global reference point for high-end Italian kitchen design. Today, under the leadership of CEO Gina Cester, the company operates through five flagship stores, fourteen monobrand showrooms, and a distribution network spanning more than forty countries across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
With Williamsburg Outdoor, Cesar extends a foundational conviction beyond four walls: the kitchen as a relational space. Exterior environments become settings for connection and shared experience — designed with the same care, the same materials intelligence, and the same quiet ambition that defines everything bearing the Cesar name.
