The Wineplease brand
The brand, which since 2010 has been producing wine dispensers that enhance the value of a precious wine, maintaining its organoleptic characteristics and offering optimal tasting at the right temperature and without any waste, boasts 100% Made in Italy production. In fact, all production takes place in the historic Cioncolini Srl company in Terranuova Bracciolini, in the province of Arezzo, in the heart of Tuscany.
The production wine dispenser , completely handcrafted, is carefully controlled in every phase, guaranteeing high quality standards, efficiency and refined lines, suitable for every type of environment.
Wineplease Models
Wineplease wine dispensers are available in a variety of versions that can accommodate either five or eight bottles, and are dedicated to the tasting of red and white still wines. Instead, Sparkling is specifically designed for the correct conservation of bubblies. The most recent are Evo & Evo Lusso.
The line also has dispensers such as Oil & Spirit dedicated to the conservation of other types of beverages and liquids such as spirits like whisky, gin, rum and vodka, as well as olive oil.
The compactly designed Wineplease SXR5 and DXR5 wine dispensers offer a 5-bottle capacity in both magnum and standard sizes (maximum bottle diameter 108 mm and maximum bottle height 380 mm), and feature the dual temperature option to simultaneously dispense white and red wines at the optimum temperature.
Wineplease’s refrigeration system, capable of reaching low temperatures quickly, can be adjusted to ensure either a single level, perfect for 5 reds or 5 whites, or a double level, designed for 3 reds and 2 whites. The internal temperature varies from 18-20° for red wines to 7-13° for whites, while the nectars can be stored for a total of 30 days, thanks to conditioning in a controlled atmosphere of nitrogen or argon gas. The bottles, which are lifted automatically thanks to electric actuators, are tapped perfectly according to the correct quantities, established by the dispensing settings. In addition, when the bottle is finished, a light indicator signals the need for replacement.
Available in both right-handed (DXR5-DT) and left-handed (SXR5-DT) versions, depending on the installation options, the dispenser is perfect for furnishing a domestic or contract wine corner with style: the stainless steel structure, resistant to atmospheric agents, features an elegant double glass front and rear window, allowing full visibility of the loaded bottles, enhanced by LED lighting. Both models are available with the same functions also in the 8-bottle version.
For a bubbly tasting experience, Wineplease offers Sparkling, dedicated to champagne, prosecco and sparkling wine. Designed to preserve intact the organoleptic properties and the perlage, Sparkling, thanks to its exclusive design, is configured as a refined display case for a selection of prestigious labels: pearl white translucent, the dispenser is embellished with stainless steel details with a golden finish. Designed to hold four bottles, the refrigeration device easily reaches a minimum temperature of 2°C, guaranteeing storage for a maximum of 10 days, thanks to conditioning in a controlled atmosphere of argon or CO2 gas and constant control of the pressure level, with the possibility of individually adjusting the storage pressure for each bottle.
Evo and Evo Lusso are the new compact and modular Wineplease dispensers. With their clean and essential lines, the two models also offer high performance, as well as an accurate minimalist design and a wide range of colours and finishes: satin stainless steel as standard, a choice of matt Ral colour or glossy lacquer and further optional finishes.
The extremely compact dimensions of Wineplease Evo are due to the particular radial arrangement of the 4 bottles contained in the wine dispenser, which is refrigerated at a single temperature for both red and white wines with an on-board cylinder or external gas supply.
Elegantly lit by RGB LEDs, Evo’s light can be customised by means of a practical remote control, creating suggestive and colourful atmospheres.
The minimum temperature reached by Wineplease is equivalent to 3°C in refrigeration, with room temperature at 26°C, while the dispensing functions that can be set are five per bottle.
Evo Lusso functions include the customisable colour touch screen display, Evo Lusso wi-fi connectivity, the virtual wine cellar function to save prices, dosages, labels and bottle presentation and self-service mode with wine cards or other external payment devices.
