Signature Kitchen Suite’s Vino Column Wine Cellar: Luxury, Technology, and Precision in Wine Preservation

The Vino column wine cellar by Signature Kitchen Suite, available in two sizes, is a flagship product chosen by numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe for presenting and preserving their precious wine lists.

These technological gems, available as built-in and panel-ready, elegantly fit into various projects, from homes to hospitality and dining establishments.

The Signature Kitchen Suite Vino Column Wine Cellar for 113 Bottles

The Signature Kitchen Suite Vino cellars, whether built-in or panel-ready, can hold up to 113 bottles, ensuring perfect preservation of different wines. This is achieved through separate adjustable climate zones for temperature and humidity.

Each zone features a dedicated evaporator and dividing barriers for optimal cold circulation, allowing simultaneous optimal preservation of different wines. For example, non-vintage Champagne and sparkling wines (6°-10°C), sweet white wines (6°-8°C), full-bodied white or light red wines (10°-13°C), aged reds (13°-18°C), and vintage port (18°-20°C).

Luxury Wine Storage

The natural beechwood shelves provide a tactile sense of material, stability, and act as a natural regulator of internal temperature and humidity. Stainless steel profiles smoothly slide on telescopic guides, minimizing vibrations transmitted to the bottles.

The doors are equipped with Smart Knock: tapping the glass twice activates interior lighting, making bottle labels visible without opening the door. Without compromising wine preservation and energy efficiency, you can choose the most suitable wine for the occasion without opening the door.

The presentation Light mode keeps the illumination on even with the door closed. Additionally, the wine cellar’s lighting can be adjusted for each zone at different levels—light, medium, high—according to needs, including through the Signature Kitchen Suite app.
