This gives rise to fresh proposals such as the Corda table, Knit chairs, and Kenzo side tables. Steel, fabrics, wood, rattan and fiberglass are skillfully combined with elegance and delicacy
Kenneth Cobonpue Corda Dining Table
Like a giant sculpture frozen in time, Corda uses knots, buttonholes, and ties to show the beauty of symmetry in floral forms. Various sizes and lengths of steel are shaped and wrapped with natural cotton rope, then soaked in a liquid polymer to protect the surfaces. The result is a delicate but very sturdy table. Corda is available in rectangular or square shapes to accommodate various forms.
Kenneth Cobonpue Knit Chairs
The Knit collection ignites an endless love for Nordic craftsmanship and embroidery. Tubes of soft, fluffy fabric are woven on a metal frame that rests on finely crafted wooden legs. Kenneth Cobonpue then added a tropical touch with woven curved rattan armrests. Knit is available in three versions: side chair, armchair and easychair.
