Cortina, the pearl of the Dolomites, is preparing to host a two-day wine event dedicated to good wine: July 10th and 11th marks VinoVip Cortina, a biennial event organized by Civiltà del Bere magazine.
Get Ready for VinoVip Cortina 2022
More than 170 wines and spirits will be the protagonists of a two-day toast at high altitude, open to winelovers as well as industry professionals. There are 59 participating wineries – including talks and tastings – from all over Italy coming to tell their stories to the public through their wines and their unique characteristics.
On Monday the 11th, from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., the doors of the Grand Tasting wine event will open inside the cozy Club House of the Golf Club, at the foot of the Faloria and Cristallo Mountains. Each of the wineries will present VinoVip Cortina with three outstanding labels in a walk-around tasting of more than 170 wines and spirits.
A Wine Event Dedicated to New Skills
Sunday starts with the traditional talk show at Alexander Girardi Hall, this year dedicated to the theme of New Skills with the spotlight on the world of work in the wine industry, training and the skills needed to grow professionally. The event’s supporters, entrepreneurs and top managers, are involved, who, at each edition, meet to debate topical issues, with the contribution of journalists and industry experts.
Among the speakers, each selected for a very specific area of expertise: Foragri (continuing education in agriculture), Della Toffola (winemaking technology), Vinitaly (promotion) and Vivai Cooperativi Rauscedo (grape varieties and nursery).
