In the Red Bull Energy Lounge hospitality area, visitors will in fact be able to watch the races in the company of a glass of Valdobbiadene DOCG Drusian.

The sparkling wines of the historic Veneto company that operates in the heart of the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will be present in this exclusive location, which includes a large terrace in the Gran Risa parterre, adjacent to the Team Zone that hosts the athletes.

Lots of fans will witness live a kermesse of great competitiveness, where the best international skiers will try to win the scheduled giant slaloms. The Gran Risa, in fact, is one of the most technical and challenging slopes in the entire Circo Bianco: on its steep curves and vertiginous slopes Alberto Tomba celebrated some of his greatest successes, and many other athletes, from Bode Miller to Marcel Hirscher, are set to try to stand on the top step of the podium.

“On this legendary slope of Alta Badia we have always celebrated one of the most exciting races of the Alpine Ski World Cup, immersed in an exciting scenario that brings prestige to this magnificent territory, the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, surrounded by so many people who share the same passion for the mountains and skiing,” explains Francesco Drusian, the third generation at the helm of the family business and one of the most significant realities within the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG territory.

“It was therefore spontaneous for us to think of collaborating with Alpine Ski World Cup, because we have a great affinity with the values that animate this sport and these places: the deep connection and the desire to enhance the territory to which we belong together with the great passion for our work that guides us every day.

Guests at the Red Bull Energy Lounge will be able to taste Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut, made exclusively from hand-picked hillside Glera grapes and made into sparkling wine in autoclaves using the Martinotti Charmat method.

“It is a wine of great finesse, fruity, and with a dry sip,” concludes Francesco Drusian. “It is ideal as an aperitif or even with more challenging dishes, but in general it is perfect to share in good company during those carefree and exciting moments, which is what will certainly be experienced by those who will be present on the Gran Risa.”
