With Amaro Santoni, a rhubarb-based product of Tuscan origin, color becomes the protagonist of new summer cocktails tinged with glamour.

These four cocktail recipes are easy to make and fun to serve for an ideal start to a long summer’s evening.

The Meditation in a Bottle

Pink, declined in its hottest shade of peach, is the color scheme at the center of summer 2023, and drinks based on Amaro Santoni, with the characteristic red and orange hues of its precious botanicals, also follow fashion trends on the color front. A new and original way of drinking, which goes beyond the usual concept of after-dinner bitters, for those who love fresh taste with style.

A high-quality product made from 34 botanicals, Amaro Santoni is made by infusing natural ingredients. Its flavor is bittersweet, identified by citrus notes, olive leaf, iris flower and, of course, rhubarb.

The taste is delicate, with medium-intense spicy, herbaceous and floral notes, followed by bitter sensations;with tonic and an ice cube, it expresses a harmony of fresh flavors, enlivened by the unique and unmistakable hint of rhubarb and flower bouquets.

Its bottle, too, is a touch of finesse, from which its membership in the world of nature’s colors and the exuberance of the summer season is clear. Because of its versatility, it is suitable for creating elegant and original cocktails and twists, with seductive notes both on the nose and palate, as well as light drinks, thanks to its moderate alcohol content of 16 degrees.

Santoni Spritz, the rhubarb variant of the Spritz
