The healthy pasta includes organic kamut linguine with asparagus, peas, goat cheese, goji berries and turmeric honey.

Oh, the delight of a delicious plate of pasta – spaghetti, linguine, fusilli, farfalle perhaps served with cheese, vegetables, a meat sauce, or cream – what isn’t there to love. Unfortunately, these wonderful recipes don’t always go hand in hand with healthy eating. But that doesn’t have to be the case as Chef Paoloni shows us with this showstopping version that is as good for us as it is divine. This healthy recipe is a concentration of flavor and wellness, made with a combination of ingredients rich in amazing nutritional properties, such as goji berries, a superfood with multiple health benefits, organic linguine made with kamut wheat flour, a cereal high in nutrients and protein with incredible antioxidant properties

Ingredients for this healthy pasta recipe ( four people )

Kamut linguine: 400 g
Garlic oil: 2 tablespoons
Large asparagus: 16
Goat cheese: 150 g
Fresh peas: 100 g
Mixed seeds (poppy, flax, white sesame): 2 tablespoons
Goji berries: 2 tablespoons
Honey: 2 tablespoons
Turmeric extract: 1 teaspoon

Procedure – Healthy pasta recipe

Place asparagus in boiling water for about 40 seconds to blanch, then immerse them in ice water, cut them into cubes and set aside. Blanch the fresh peas just like the asparagus, then blend until smooth, add salt to taste and strain. Drain the organic kamut linguine and stir in the garlic oil, asparagus and goat cheese. Serve everything by adding the seeds and goji berries, and the turmeric and honey mixture. Finally, drizzle with the hot pea puree.
