Place asparagus in boiling water for about 40 seconds to blanch, then immerse them in ice water, cut them into cubes and set aside. Blanch the fresh peas just like the asparagus, then blend until smooth, add salt to taste and strain. Drain the organic kamut linguine and stir in the garlic oil, asparagus and goat cheese. Serve everything by adding the seeds and goji berries, and the turmeric and honey mixture. Finally, drizzle with the hot pea puree.
