13 continues to be the “step” by which ARAN Cucine tells its story through a series of new projects – designer kitchens created to elevate homes and the living spaces that impact our daily lives.
ARAN Cucine LAB13
The LAB13 family, constantly evolving and always ready to welcome new technological experiments, presents its new entry: introduced in the catalog as a EuroCucina 2022 novelty, the new restyling of Ulisse Narcisi is also designed in a big version.
Starting with the 78-cm base module and one of the distinguishing features of the extensive LAB13 collection, namely the adaptability of the worktop to different heights, in this version, too, the capacity is more than 30 percent for wall units and 15 percent for base units.
Once again it is about the ‘extra storage’ system, based on multiples of 13 cm, which provides maximum ergonomics and versatility to the most convivial place in the home – the kitchen.
ARAN Cucine Scacco Matto
ARAN Cucine’s Modulo 13 is a real checkmate or scacco matto in Italian. This is confirmed by the eponymous solution with the door made from a color combination of LPL finishes with six combinations: the horseshoe-shaped structure allows the full use of available space.
The working area is divided between the wall unit that houses the induction cooktop and the peninsula, with a single-bowl sink in black fragranite. Joining the two gray Piasentina stoneware countertops is the built-in wall unit. Perfectly centered, the oven, becomes the focal point of the entire composition and lends perspective balance. Moreover, being equidistant from the washing and cooking areas, it is in the most functional position to manage preparations. All this gives great freedom of movement.
Also for this model, the storage capacity, increased by the size of the 13 cm modules, is emphasized by the possible customizations of colors and finishes.
That of Scacco Matto is a dimension in which the play of shapes and colors becomes a source of inspiration for those who live in this space on a daily basis. The chromatic harmony combined with the alternation of materials, in fact, allows for a reconciliation of the use of the space.
ARAN Cucine Guadalupe
However, ARAN Cucine’s Modules 13 does not end there. Another novelty, also shown for the first time at the last Salone del Mobile in Milan, reveals much about the world of ARAN and, in particular, the people who represent it. In full respect for family traditions, Guadalupe’s geometric linearity gives way to the simplicity of human relationships.
If Scacco Matto shows all its functionality designed to facilitate activities and give maximum comfort to those who cook, Guadalupe is designed to welcome and experience the family. This is suggested by the linear arrangement of the cooking area, which, surrounded on the left by the E:wood snack and on the right by the wall equipped with two ovens and a built-in refrigerator offers an overall view of the entire kitchen.
The central area focuses on people: the fulcrum in Guadalupe is not the structure of the kitchen itself but the free – but never empty – space that remains. The first impression, observing the wood grain seeping out of the soft pastel coloring, brings to mind traditional country house kitchens, but the details of the intentionally larger titanium metal Groove handles, along with the marble splashback and the considerable size of the volumes, reveal all the modernity of ARAN Kitchens’ Made in Italy.
In Guadalupe, in addition to the undisputed quality of the materials chosen to support a functional design, the importance of the quality of human relationships that embrace family life is emphasized.
