Fishing the Roof!: Florence from a Different Perspective

After Steak Home, which opened last March, the Bizionaire Group announces the imminent opening of its second outlet inside NH Collection Palazzo Gaddi in Florence: Fishing the Roof, a new location curated by Fishing Lab right on the hotel’s rooftop.

Set on the atmospheric terrace of Palazzo Gaddi, Fishing Lab, already present in Florence with its office on Via del Proconsolo, has curated the rooftop bar creation of a new venue artfully designed for the late afternoon and evening hours, in the company of one of the most beautiful views of the Duomo of Florence and the magnificent skyline of the city.

The location of Fishing the Roof!

Situated on the sixth floor of NH Collection Palazzo Gaddi, a four-star hotel housed in a historic 16th-century palazzo in the heart of Florence, is the expansive rooftop bar terrace overlooking the Duomo and the most important sights of the Italian Renaissance city.

Inside the palace, famous among other things for having been the residence of the celebrated English author John Milton, are aristocratic halls in the Florentine Baroque style, a majestic staircase that houses the sculpture of Hercules at Rest, attributed to the sculptor Gioacchino Fortini, and marvelous frescoes from the work of painters such as Ranieri del Pace and Luca Giordano.

The menu at Fishing the Roof!

The menu of Fishing the Roof! will be a variation of Fishing Lab designed specifically for aperitifs and light dinner on the rooftop bar. A variety of seafood proposals will be available to choose from – including raw dishes and creative solutions such as tacos, pinse, and burgers.

Fishing the Roof! will be open from late afternoon to both hotel guests and external customers, curious to enjoy the unprecedented and spectacular views of the city skyline between a drink, a glass of wine and creative seafood proposals.
