A high-quality solution, consisting of refrigerated columns, fully customizable in finish and configuration, which allow you to modulate the temperature of the various compartments and monitor their status at any time, ensuring, thus, the freshness of food and its proper storage and organization.
Abimis’ High-Tech Design
The Cold Control System is, therefore, a ‘refrigerator’ that is divided into several cells, which are independent of each other and adjustable to different temperatures. Thanks to an internal ventilation system, the set temperature is kept ‘homogeneous’ and constant in every part of the cell.
The compartments of the refrigeration system are compatible with Gastronorm, a modular system that provides standard dimensions for containers, trays and other utensils used in the professional catering world, and optimizes the arrangement of the compartments and the usability of all the various food and work tools. Flush hinged radiused doors with no sharp corners prevent dirt from nesting and facilitate cleaning operations, ensuring maximum hygiene at all times, while shelves are removable to ensure easier accessibility and organization of surfaces.
The minimum and maximum temperature of the refrigerator is between -2°C + 8°C, while the freezer temperature is between -20°C – 18°C.
