Fil Rouge: Laurameroni at Milan Design Week

The “Fil Rouge” (literally “red thread”) is the common denominator, the structure, the leitmotif around which a story, a narrative is articulated: thus, Laurameroni’s narrative, in view of Milan Design Week 2023, follows a thematic thread that originated now more than twenty years ago.

The Sophisticated Atmosphere of Laurameroni

A thread that sprung from a passion for design and craftsmanship and matured in tradition, innovation, and research. A thread made of captivating geometries, material contrasts, and sophisticated finishes, created to ensure that every professional can achieve a perfect compositional balance and an unparalleled cohesion of atmospheres.

The brand’s exhibition presented at the Milanese event offers a wide range of furniture for the living area, designed for lovers of contemporary style and for professionals looking for authentic, high-quality furniture tailored to their needs and sensibilities.

True to its “fil rouge,” Laurameroni explores the lines of the clasics and modulates them into agile and elegant forms, combining style and functionality with a spirit that is simple, refined, and finely detailed.

The Refined Fil Rouge

Precious details, combined with a hint of eccentricity, interpret contemporary trends and translate into luxurious lines capable of adapting to different compositional scenarios.

Charisma, functionality, and sophistication are the keywords of Laurameroni living: a space dedicated to relaxation and conviviality in which refined style and aesthetic appeal are not lacking.

The original juxtapositions of simple but abstract volumetrics and precious finishes are skillfully blended with an interplay of material contrasts and overlapping of different textures.

The armchairs and sofas present a soft design with harmonious profiles and handcrafted draperies that embrace the silhouette of the seats, making them modern and sophisticated. While the essential structures of the ash wood furniture are enriched with metal details, “Liquid Metal” and “Delabré,” contrasting elegantly with the classic and refined appearance of the seats.

Denoting careful aesthetic research is the balanced color synergy played on shades of gray and brown and the metallic tones of tin and silver. A set of refined and characterful colors linked in their modernity by a real red thread, carmine, and burgundy, constituting the leitmotif of the exhibition.

The Apartment at Milan Design Week’s Fuorisalone 2023

Laurameroni will also be present at Fuorisalone 2023 with “L’Appartamento,” in collaboration with Artemest, at the 5 Vie Design District, April 18-23.

“The Apartment” is a bright mansion dating back to the 1930s located in a historic Milanese building, curated and furnished by six prestigious international architecture and interior design firms.

The six rooms of the house, each curated by a different designer, will come to life through different creative visions that dialogue with each other.

The spaces, fitted exclusively with furniture by the best craftsmen at Artemest, will also house some of Laurameroni’s most iconic products, such as the Drapé Soleil armchair, the Decor custom-made boiserie, and the Ada table lamp.
