Pairing Wines with Fish Ceviche

A fresh, flavorful recipe made with marinated raw fish: fish ceviche. But which wine pairing makes the perfect accompaniment to this delicate dish? Here’s what Italian Sensorial Wine Analyst Luca Maroni recommends.

Fish Ceviche with a Moscato

Moscato Secco Puglia Vignuolo

Among the wines to pair with fish ceviche, Luca Maroni selects one of the pearls of Vignuolo – La Cantina di Andria: the Moscato Secco Puglia IGP. A dry white wine obtained from the alcoholic fermentation of Moscato Bianco grapes.

It is vinified with modern technologies at controlled temperatures in steel containers of limited capacity. Aging takes place in cement tanks for about six months, during which, thanks to the temperature stabilization provided by the cement, the wine becomes more harmonious and acquires more intense fruity notes

Characterized by an irresistible fruity and particularly floral bouquet, with hints of jasmine and white peach. On the palate, it tastes soft and enveloping, aromatic and well-structured. An excellent nectar to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, as well as refined fish dishes such as ceviche.
