Yachting Design by Paola Lenti

Paola Lenti reconfirms itself as one of the most appreciated Italian companies in the field of yacht furnishings. For more than 10 years, the company has been taking part in the Monaco Yacht Show, the prestigious international yachting event that was recently on stage in Monaco, where the brand skippered the Upper Deck Lounge – the event’s most exclusive meeting and relaxation area -, the VIP Entrances and the terraces overlooking the Parvis Piscine with its collections.

The World of Yachting Design

Over time, the company has been able to consolidate its presence and broaden the range of proposals for both indoor and outdoor, yacht furnishings, gaining a leading position in the nautical market and signing agreements with some of the most prestigious Italian and international shipyards, which have chosen its furniture to outfit their yachts.

In collaboration with Sabrina Monte-Carlo, the brand’s exclusive distributor in the Principality, in this edition the company presented new items such as the Frei and Vespucci sofas, reinterpreted with outdoor upholstery and made comfortable by the new Knitted Shaved Mesh cushions with a tricot effect. Novelties and classic pieces from the collections were also seen in the dedicated area, where one can appreciate the careful selection of fabrics and materials and the wide range of exclusive nuances with which Paola Lenti brings harmonious and balanced environments to life.

It is precisely the constant investment in the experimentation of high-performance materials, combined with the accuracy of the craftsmanship, that has allowed Paola Lenti to become an appreciated point of reference even in such an exclusive and challenging sector as yachting.

Paola Lenti’s Story of Yacht Furnishings

The birth, twenty years ago, of the innovative technical yarn Rope – which marked the company’s entry into the outdoor world – and the subsequent development of increasingly competitive performance products such as Twiggy, Maris and Diade, have given rise to furnishings that are able to last over time and maintain their structural and aesthetic characteristics even in particularly severe climatic conditions.

Furnishings that are resistant to water, salt and UV rays, impervious to mold and bacteria, and 100 percent recyclable; thus sustainable, in line with a corporate philosophy of respecting the environment and reducing waste.

Material research has also produced new furniture complements with a strong aesthetic appeal and craftsmanship: hand-decorated tables and coffee tables with fine finishes that are at the same time structurally strong, making them suitable for outdoor use.

Among the most popular products in the yachting sector are the Cove, Sabi and Portofino chairs-the latter conceived specifically for the nautical sector and awarded the Good Design Award in 2016; the Rams and Baia sun loungers; and the Giro, Bloom and Sciara coffee tables, whose surfaces evoke and reflect the colors of the sea.
